Who We Are
Gold Li was incorporated on 15 December 1989. Our Group is principally engaged in property development, supported by in-house construction capabilities. We commenced our property development business in 1999 and launched our first project in Muar in 2001. Over the past 27 years, we have completed over 100 projects for our esteemed buyers.
We focus on landed residential developments — terrace, semi-detached and detached homes — with a 27-year track record since 1999.
Today, our projects are primarily located in the Johor districts of Muar, Tangkak and Batu Pahat.
Key Historical Milestones
Gold Li Development Sdn Bhd incorporated.
Commenced the property development business in Muar, Johor.
Launched its first project in Muar named Taman Ria, comprising 20 one-storey terrace houses with a GDV of RM2.8 million, and the project was completed in September 2002.
Established in-house construction capability and began acting as the main contractor for its own developments.
Expanded to Tangkak with Taman Sri Rawang, which comprised 16 semi-detached houses and three shop houses with a GDV of RM3.8 million.
Developed Taman Bunga Cempaka in Tangkak with a GDV of RM16.1 million.
Attained ISO 9001 certification and subsequently maintained the standard to ISO 9001:2015.
Delivered Taman Desa II in Muar with 21 two-storey terrace houses and a GDV of RM15.7 million.
Launched Taman Desa Baiduri in Muar with 28 semi-detached houses and a GDV of RM21.0 million.
Launched the next phase of Taman Desa Baiduri consisting of 24 semi-detached houses and one detached house with a GDV of RM26.5 million.
Launched Taman Cermai in Muar with 77 terrace houses and 28 affordable units and a GDV of RM70.9 million.
Entered the Batu Pahat market via the acquisition of Fairbliss on 2 May 2023 and commenced several residential projects.
